Tessitura in Bloom

Tessitura in Bloom is a VR Experience that puts users in the shoes of a musician suffering from art block on a journey to rekindle their love for music.

My job on the project was to create the 3D assets for Tessitura in Bloom. I created the models in Autodesk Maya and exported into Unreal Engine for texturing.

Modedled 3D Assets

Modeled a violin, piano, guitar, synth bass, podium, and tree in Autodesk Maya.

Export and Cel Shade in Unreal

Exported the models from Maya to Unreal Engine 5. In Unreal, applied cel shading to the models. Instruments and podium given white outline.

Once exported into Unreal Engine, each of the instruments were given a black cel shaded material and white outline. The material was edited to work with the instruments, including giving the outlines a white glow.
